Variety description

The variety is a compact, densely branched shrub 0.9 to 1.8 meters tall with erect, slightly drooping shoots. The plant is characterized by excellent winter hardiness and high resistance to diseases, urban air pollution, and damage by wild animals.

Fruits ripen from September to October and remain on the bush until winter. The berries are large, shiny, ruby-pink in color, and gathered in dense clusters. The fruits of the snowberry are inedible for humans.

The shrub is used in landscape design to create hedges, borders, group plantings, and for slope stabilization. The plant tolerates pruning well, although intensive shaping can lead to a decrease in fruiting.
