The variety is a dense shrub 0.9–1.5 m in height with rounded green foliage, sometimes with a bluish hue. The plant flowers from June to September with small white-pink bell-shaped flowers.
The rounded fruits are highly ornamental. The variety is characterized by frost resistance (USDA zones 3b–9b), adapts to various soil types, including sandy and clay soils, and also exhibits resistance to urban conditions. The plant's fruits are poisonous to humans.
The plant is used in landscape design for creating hedges, borders, and mass plantings. Cut branches with berries are used in floral arrangements; the shrub attracts birds and pollinating insects.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
