The plant forms a rounded crown with arching, drooping branches and dark green leaves 5–7.5 cm in size. During the summer, from August to September, the shrub blooms with light pink bell-shaped flowers.
Large fruits up to 15 mm in diameter form clusters of 10–15 pieces. The variety possesses high winter hardiness, corresponding to USDA zones 3–7, and good disease resistance. The compact form allows it to be grown without additional support.
The variety is intended for landscaping, creating hedges, borders, and container gardening. Branches with fruits are often used in floristry for winter arrangements, and the berries themselves attract birds.
