The variety is a diploid plant with an early or mid-early maturity group. Stems are characterized by medium length and thickness, leaves have medium width and medium to large length.

The plant possesses rapid spring regrowth and high recovery rate after mowing. The variety has medium lodging resistance.

Possesses resistance to root and basal rots, medium resistance to powdery mildew and a complex of leaf spot diseases. Used in agricultural applications for green forage mass production.
