The variety is a diploid form and possesses properties characteristic of the species, including good nitrogen-fixing ability and high nutritional value due to protein content.
In agronomic practice, the variety is used as a forage crop. In a number of comparative studies, the variety was used as a control sample to evaluate yield and vegetation periods when compared with tetraploid clover forms.
