Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety is a tall plant approximately 70 cm in height with long branched stems. It is characterized by rapid spring development and high regrowth ability after mowing. Despite the tendency of the stems to lodge, the variety possesses good resistance to this phenomenon.

The plant is intended for the production of green fodder, hay, haylage, and silage; it is often used in grass mixtures with cereal crops. Due to its prolonged flowering from May to September, the variety is valuable as a honey plant and is also used in lawn mixtures for the turfing of areas.

Cultivation requires fertile, moderately moist soils with a pH level from 5.1 to 7.6. The variety poorly tolerates both arid conditions and waterlogged or swampy areas.
