The variety is a spring form of soft wheat. Its genealogy includes the lines Belvoir and SEC 34-81, as well as the components Mexikaner, Sappo and Sokrates.
Morphologically, the variety is distinguished by the presence of awn-like processes on the tips of the ear and red-colored grain. The plant is intended for commercial cultivation as a food or feed crop.
