The variety is a winter wheat with good resistance to lodging and pre-harvest sprouting. It has moderate baking quality. The level of resistance to diseases such as rust, powdery mildew, Fusarium and Septoria was evaluated as good or average.
During the period of its distribution, the variety occupied up to 40% of the wheat acreage in Germany. Currently, the variety is listed in official registries as an object of breeding heritage or a genetic resource.
