Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety belongs to early-maturing semi-dwarf spring wheats. In breeding programs, it has been used as a parental line due to its high grain quality, attributed to the presence of specific glutenin subunits. The variety is often used in scientific research as a reference standard.

The plant exhibits resistance to certain races of stem rust, however, it is classified as highly susceptible to common bunt. Due to the year of its release, the variety belongs to the historical category and is currently found more often in breeding collections than in mass production.
