A winter soft wheat variety bred in Canada at the Eastern Cereal and Oilseed Research Centre. It has an awned ear form.

The variety possesses resistance to Fusarium head blight, which has been confirmed by field trials regarding the level of infection and accumulation of the mycotoxin DON. In scientific studies, it has been examined as an object for studying grain baking quality and genetic traits influencing grain hardness.
