The Victorino variety is a spring semi-dwarf wheat obtained by backcrossing the combination H-93-8 / 3*Rinconada. The genetic structure of the plant includes the Cre2 gene, introgressed from Aegilops ventricosa.

The plant belongs to mid-season varieties. It possesses marked resistance to cereal cyst nematode (Heterodera avenae), and also shows moderate resistance to leaf rust, powdery mildew, and the nematode Heterodera filipjevi.

The variety is characterized as high-yielding with good baking qualities. It is most adapted to cultivation conditions in the southern and northeastern regions of Spain, where protection against specific types of nematodes is necessary.
