The variety is lodging-resistant. It possesses high resistance to powdery mildew and sufficient resistance to yellow rust. It is moderately susceptible to septoria and fusarium head blight, and susceptible to eyespot, brown rust, and mosaic. It is distinguished by its tolerance to chlortoluron-based herbicides.
The grain has a high specific weight. Flour strength (W) at a protein content of 11.5% is 345–445 units. Due to its quality indicators, it is used in baking as a flour improver component.
