The variety is a soft winter wheat that appeared in comparative trials of commercial varieties. The studies were conducted in agricultural programs in the USA, where the variety was designated under the experimental name LB10.

During agronomic trials, tolerance to Fusarium head blight was recorded for the variety with a score of 4.5 on a nine-point scale. The yield was 36.2 bushels per acre with a heading date on the 123rd day.
