The variety is mid-ripening, with a growing season of 88–95 days. The plant reaches a height of 77–81 cm. The ear is of a dense pyramidal shape of medium length with short awn-like appendages; the variety belongs to the lutescens botanical variety.
The plant has high resistance to lodging, Fusarium head blight, powdery mildew, and loose smut. Resistance to leaf rust, Septoria, and yellow rust is estimated as medium.
The grain contains from 13.6 to 14.7% protein and from 24.0 to 24.5% gluten. The thousand kernel weight varies from 31.5 to 44 g, and the test weight is about 820 g/l. Increased lutein and zeaxanthin content gives products a yellowish tint.
