The variety was created by hybridizing Yunnat odeskyi and Fedorivka. The plant reaches a height of 88–103 cm and has a cylindrical spike of medium density. The caryopsis is red, oval-ovoid in shape, with an average thousand kernel weight of 35–39 g.
The variety possesses above-average winter hardiness and frost resistance. It is distinguished by high heat and drought tolerance, as well as complex resistance to diseases. Yield ranges from 44.3 to 100.7 c/ha depending on growing conditions.
