The variety is intended for use in the food industry, particularly for the production of pasta and groats. The grain of the variety possesses high-quality characteristics, which makes it a valuable material for breeding programs to improve the properties of pasta products.

The plant possesses pronounced resistance to brown leaf rust, leaf spots, root rots, as well as infestation by cereal leaf beetle, gout fly, and sunn pest. At the same time, the variety exhibits susceptibility to viral diseases.
