The variety belongs to the Darwin Hybrid group. The flower stalk height is 40–60 cm, sometimes reaching 80 cm. Leaves are dark green, lanceolate. The large goblet-shaped flower has a height of 10–13 cm and a width of 10–15 cm. The coloration when opening is golden-yellow with red-apricot edges; the intensity of the red color may increase as it blooms.
The plant is mid-flowering, with the flowering period occurring in April–May. It possesses strong stems resistant to wind and rain, as well as good resistance to the tulip breaking virus. The flowers are suitable for cutting, maintain their decorative quality, and possess a medium-intensity fragrance.
The variety is intended for flower beds, group plantings, rock gardens, container cultivation, and forcing. It prefers illuminated areas with well-drained fertile soil of neutral acidity. Bulb planting is carried out in autumn at a depth of 10–12 cm.
