Variety description

The flower is large, with a diameter of 10 to 15 cm, and has strongly incised, wavy and twisted petals with fringed edges. The coloration is characterized by a combination of pink, yellow, coral-red, apricot and orange colors, while green streaks may be present at the base of the petals, and the inner surface is often distinctly yellow. The plant has broad, lanceolate, deep green foliage.

The plant height is 40–65 cm. The variety is characterized by a medium or late flowering period, which occurs in May and lasts up to 2–3 weeks. The flower stalks are strong and resistant to wind and precipitation. The plant has high winter hardiness and is capable of withstanding frosts down to -25°C.

The tulip is suitable for cultivation in open field in flower beds and borders, for use in containers and for cut flowers. A number of sources note the possibility of use for forcing.
