Variety description

The variety belongs to the early-flowering double tulip group and is a hybrid obtained by crossing 'Monte Carlo' and 'Negrita' varieties. The plant has a compact size, reaching a height of 30–40 cm, and possesses a strong stem capable of supporting large, peony-shaped double buds.

The petal color varies from deep purple to a dark burgundy shade. When using large planting material, the variety may show a tendency toward multi-flowering. Flowering begins in April.

The plant is suitable for cultivation in open field, containers, and balcony boxes, and is suitable for use as a cut flower with a long vase life. There is also data on the possibility of using the variety for winter forcing.
