The «Alcatraz» tulip variety has single goblet-shaped flowers of a dark red-purple color with a uniform tone. The bud length is approximately 6.5–7 cm. The plant has good foliage and strong peduncles.

The variety is intended for cultivation as a cut flower and for creating floral arrangements. The plant is characterized by high resistance and frost resistance, which allows it to be used in various climatic conditions.
