The variety is a double bulbous plant that originated as a mutation of the «Jewel of Spring» variety. The flowers are large, peony-like, colored in a soft yellow with a thin red edge along the petal margin and possible green streaks on the outer petals. As it matures, a light peach or pinkish tint may appear on the petals. The plant has a faint fragrance.

The height of the flower stems varies from 35 to 60 cm. Flowering occurs in mid to late May. The variety is characterized by vigorous growth, sturdy stems, and good reproduction rates. The crop is weather-resistant and suitable for open field, containers, and commercial forcing.
