The Agitato tulip belongs to the group of early double varieties. Its flowers have a saturated dark red color, evenly distributed over the petals, and reach sizes of about 3.5–4 cm in length and height.
The plant forms short, strong peduncles that are resistant to wind. The variety possesses high frost resistance, is capable of naturalization, and is suitable for use in landscaping, container gardening, and cut flowers.
