The variety «Donna Bella» belongs to the Greigii tulip group. The plant has an upright habit and broad, lanceolate, gray-green leaves adorned with burgundy or brownish spots and streaks.

The flower is solitary and cup-shaped. The red petals are framed by a wide cream-colored margin along the edges. The variety is intended for the decorative landscaping of gardens, flower beds, and container cultivation due to its early flowering period.
