The variety belongs to the group of double early tulips, often called peony-flowered due to the density and shape of the bud. The flower is large, reaching 10–15 cm in diameter, and its shape resembles a cognac glass. The petal color varies from dark pink and purple to cherry shades.
The plant reaches a height of 35–50 cm and has a strong stem. It is an early-flowering variety used for landscaping flower beds, rock gardens, and group plantings; it is also suitable for cutting and forcing, including hydroponics. Successful cultivation requires good soil drainage.
