The plant belongs to the Tulipa clusiana group. It has narrow gray-green leaves and slender, pointed flowers that open wide in a star shape in sunlight. In cloudy weather or cool conditions, the flowers remain narrow and upright.

Due to its compact size, the variety is optimal for planting in the foreground of borders, in gravel gardens, and in containers. The plant does not require complex care and is characterized by the ability to successfully naturalize in the garden.
