The variety belongs to the double early tulip group. The flowers have a height of about 6 cm and a diameter of 8–10 cm; sometimes a green stripe is present on the outer lower petals. The height of the plant itself varies from 35 to 50 cm.

Flowering in open ground occurs in April–May. The variety is suitable for forcing, including in water; for early forcing at 9°C, cooling for 15 weeks is required, with the start possible from December 12. The crop prefers sunny or semi-shaded locations with well-drained soil.
