Variety description

The variety belongs to the double early tulip group. Large double flowers have a peony-like shape and pink-red coloration, sometimes with a white margin at the edge or greenish veins on the outer petals. The flower diameter is 8–15 cm.

The plant reaches a height of 30–50 cm and possesses a strong peduncle and glaucous-green lanceolate leaves. The variety is characterized by early flowering in April–May, resistance to lodging, and high winter hardiness (USDA zone 3–4).

The crop is versatile in use: it is suitable for planting in open field, container cultivation, forcing, and floristry.
