The variety was obtained by crossing Tulipa 'Pacific Pearl' and Tulipa 'Kensington'. The plant has dense green foliage and a strong stem, which ensures stability when used as cut flowers.

The flowers are characterized by a red color with a bright yellow edge and fringed petal margins. The variety has the ability to continue growing in a vase after cutting, during which the buds may change position.
