Honeymoon tulip belongs to the fringed class (group 7). The flower has a pure white or cream-white color; the bud height is from 6 to 11 cm with a diameter of 4–6 cm. The petals are edged with a needle-like fringe resembling frost; the bud usually does not open completely, maintaining a neat shape.

The plant reaches a height of 40–55 cm and possesses a sturdy, strong peduncle. The leaves are broad, sword-shaped, and gray-green in color. The variety is mid-flowering, with the blooming period occurring in April–May.

The variety has moderate resistance to diseases and requires high-quality soil drainage. It is suitable for use in landscape design, container gardening, cut flowers, and forcing.
