Hummingbird variety belongs to the Viridiflora tulip group. The plant reaches a height of 45 to 60 cm. The buds have an elongated shape and reach 8–10 cm in height.
The petal color is canary-yellow, complemented by broad bright green streaks on the back. Flowering occurs from April to May and lasts about 8–10 days.
