The variety belongs to the group of fringed tulips. The flower color is soft pink with a characteristic white "needle-like" fringe along the petal edges, creating a frost-like effect. The plant height is from 40 to 60 cm. The flowers have a light pleasant fragrance, and the stems are strong and resistant to lodging.

The flowering period occurs in the mid to late season, usually from mid-April to May. The variety is winter hardy and adapts well to temperature fluctuations and precipitation. Cultivation requires fertile, well-drained soils and sunny areas or light partial shade.

The variety is suitable for universal use in gardens, containers, and for forcing. When performing 9-degree forcing, the cooling period is about 17 weeks, and the start of forcing is possible from January 10. The recommended bulb planting depth is 10–18 cm.
