The variety belongs to the early-flowering double tulip group. The flower has a peony-like shape. The coloration is characterized as bicolored: the central petals are a saturated raspberry-pink, the outer petals are creamy-white, and greenish streaks may be present at the base.

The flower stalk height is 30–45 cm; the foliage is green. Flowering begins in April and can continue into May. The variety is intended for decorative landscaping of borders and flower beds, container growing, and for cut flowers.

The plant requires protection from strong winds and excessive moisture.
