The tulip variety Maskovri belongs to the Single Early tulips group. The flowers have a blue-pink base color with purple flame-like markings, and the plant's foliage is green with characteristic purple stripes. The height of the flower stalk varies from 40 to 50 cm.

The variety is intended for use as a cut flower crop. The plant is suitable for forcing at 9°C and is classified as mid-season blooming. It possesses frost resistance down to -15 °C, and prefers full sun and well-drained soils.
