The Mascara variety belongs to the Triumph tulip group. The plant's flowers have a saturated dark red, burgundy, or chocolate-red color, sometimes with a pronounced purple or black hue. The peduncle height varies in the range of 30 to 50 cm.
The plant is characterized by strong, upright stems and belongs to mid-late varieties, the flowering period of which falls in April-May. The variety is suitable for commercial cut flower production, container growing, and also for use in flower beds and borders.
