The variety belongs to the 7th class of fringed tulips and is a sport of the "Canasta" variety. Plant height ranges from 30 to 55 cm. The flower has a goblet shape, a saturated red-crimson color with a white border, and needle-like fringe on the petal edges.

Flowering occurs in April–May. The variety has sturdy stems and high ornamental value. It is intended for landscape design, container cultivation, and cut flowers. Suitable for forcing in substrate or hydroponics. Belongs to USDA hardiness zones 3–5.
