H. MANTEL EN ZN

The variety belongs to the multi-flowered type; a single bulb produces a stem bearing from 3 to 7 buds. Large flowers with a diameter of 8–10 cm have a saturated color ranging from purple-pink to burgundy-violet, sometimes with a light base and black stamens. The plant reaches a height of 40 to 60 cm and has a light fragrance.
Flowering occurs in May, sometimes starting from the end of April. The variety is resistant to weather conditions and fungal diseases. It is used in landscape design for flower beds and borders, grown in containers, and used for cut flowers, where it maintains its shape for a long time.
In classification, the variety can be attributed to both the multi-flowered group and the single late tulip group.
