Variety description

The variety belongs to the double early tulip group; the flower has a cup-shaped form and reaches a size of 8 to 12 cm. The petals are dense, rich yellow in color, with greenish spots sometimes appearing on the outer ones. The leaves are dark green, rigid, with a wavy edge.

The plant forms a strong peduncle with a height of 35 to 50 cm. The variety was obtained by crossing Monte Peony and Calgary. It is characterized by good vase life without excessive stretching of the peduncle.

The variety is suitable for forcing in soil and water, requiring cooling for 15 weeks at a temperature of +9°C. It is used in landscape gardening, including rock gardens, as well as for forcing and cutting.
