Variety description

The variety belongs to the Late Double class. The flower has a peony-like shape, with a diameter of 6–7 to 10–12 cm. The petals are dark red at the base, transitioning to a pink or white shade at the edges. The leaves are sword-shaped and dark green.

The plant height reaches 40–60 cm. The variety is late-flowering, with the flowering period occurring in May. The peduncles are characterized as strong and stable; the variety has medium resistance to diseases and is winter hardy, adapted for USDA zone 3a.

The tulip is suitable for growing in open ground in flower beds and mixed borders, is also used for cutting, and can be used for forcing.
