Variety description

The variety belongs to the early double tulip group and is a mutation of the Foxtrot variety. The flowers are characterized by their large size, peony-like shape, dark purple-red hue, and a light fragrance.

The plant reaches a height of 25–40 cm, most commonly 30–35 cm. The straight and strong stems provide good wind resistance. The variety has winter hardiness starting from zone 3 and is low-maintenance.

Flowering occurs in April. The tulip is suitable for landscaping flower beds and borders, container growing, as well as for cut flowers and professional early forcing.
