The variety belongs to the Single Early Group of tulips. Plant height is 35-39 cm. Foliage is medium green, broadly lanceolate. Flowers are cup-shaped, bright red, sometimes with a yellow throat, and possess a pleasant fragrance.

Flowering occurs in late March — April. The variety is versatile, suitable for forcing, use as cut flowers, and cultivation in open field. The plant is characterized by winter hardiness and low maintenance. It prefers sunny areas with well-drained, humus-rich, loose soils and moderate watering.
