The variety is early-flowering, with the flowering period falling in March-April. Peduncles reach a height of 30–40 cm. The flowers are double, peony-shaped, bright red in color, and have a light fragrance.
The foliage is decorative, gray-green with chestnut markings and a wavy edge. The variety has high winter hardiness, corresponding to zones 3–4, and is suitable for planting in containers, flower beds, and borders.
