The Samoa variety belongs to the Triumph tulip class. The plant forms large goblet-shaped flowers 10–12 cm in height, colored bright red with a thin white border along the petal edges. Peduncles are strong, reaching a height of 40–60 cm; leaves are broad and slightly wavy.
Flowering occurs in mid-spring and lasts up to two weeks. The variety is suitable for designing mixed borders and group plantings in open field, and is also widely used for mid-season and late forcing to obtain high-quality cut flowers.
