The variety belongs to the group of parrot tulips. Large flowers with a diameter of 8–10 cm have an exotic shape with deeply fringed, wavy, and curved petal edges resembling ruffled bird feathers. The coloration is characterized as saturated violet-purple, with cobalt shades in the center and black anthers.

The height of the flower stalk is 40–50 cm. Due to large and heavy flowers, the variety needs protection from strong wind. The plant is intended for ornamental decoration of gardens, landscape compositions, and container cultivation; it is also suitable for cutting.
