The flowers of the Witte Rebel variety are large, cup-shaped, and reach over 10 cm in diameter when fully open. The petals have the fringed, ruffled shape characteristic of parrot tulips, resembling feathers. The color is predominantly snow-white with cream and greenish streaks.

The plant reaches a height of 40–55 cm and has an intense sweet fragrance. The variety is classified as mid-late to late, with a flowering duration of about two weeks. The stems are strong and suitable for cultivation in flower beds, containers, and for cut flowers.
