The variety belongs to the half-highbush group. The bush is compact, vigorous, and dense, reaching a height of 1.0–1.2 m. The shoots are strong and flexible, which ensures resistance to lodging under the weight of snow. The leaves are bright green, shiny, and turn orange-red in the autumn period.

The berries are medium-sized, round in shape, and blue with a characteristic waxy bloom. The fruits have a sweet flavor with a slight acidity and a wild berry aroma. The variety is distinguished by very high winter hardiness, withstanding frosts down to -30...-40°C. The fruit has a universal application, and the bushes are also used for ornamental purposes.
