The variety was obtained by crossing highbush and lowbush blueberries. The bushes are dense and compact, which allows the plant to be used both in fruit cultivation and for ornamental purposes to design borders or rock gardens. In summer, the foliage has a glossy dark green color, and in autumn it changes color to intense red.

The plant is one of the shortest blueberry varieties, with adult bushes ranging from 25 to 48 cm in height. The variety is mid-season. The berries are small, firm, with a pronounced waxy bloom, have good taste qualities, and are suitable for storage under refrigeration. Yield ranges from 0.45 to 0.9 kg per bush.

The variety possesses very high frost resistance, withstanding temperature drops down to -40°C. The highest productivity is achieved in the presence of snow cover, which provides additional protection for the bush.
