The «Stankavich» variety is an old variety of American origin, named after the Stankavich brothers, well-known farmers from Oregon and inventors of a mechanical cranberry harvester. The origin of the variety is described as undetermined.

It is characterized as a small-fruited variety with a berry weight of about 0.57 g and a comparatively low yield compared to modern varieties. There are no official confirmations of the existence of a variety with the addition «ISK» in Polish registers or scientific publications.
