Variety description

The plant forms a compact bush 30–45 cm tall. The foliage is narrow, lanceolate, serrated, dark green or gray-green in color. The inflorescences are dense terminal spikes up to 10 cm long, tapering towards the top. The flowers are small, blue-violet in color, and have a light fragrance.

Flowering begins in mid-June and lasts about 35–40 days. The variety is drought-tolerant and winter-hardy, withstanding frosts down to -35°C. The plant is sensitive to moisture stagnation; root rots are possible in case of waterlogged soil.
