The variety is the result of breeding work carried out at the Volcani Center agricultural organization based on parent breeding lines ARO 28 and ARO 6195. The plant is characterized as a very fertile table variety.

The berries have a characteristic black skin color and a pear-shaped form. The fruit quality features a distinct muscat flavor. No specific resistance to diseases and pests has been recorded for this variety.
