The Itumfifteen variety, known under the trade name Rose Caramel, is a seedless table grape. The berries are of medium size, rounded shape, and have pink skin color. The flesh is distinguished by a firm, crunchy texture and a pronounced muscat flavor, which ensures good transportability and suitability for storage.

The plant belongs to the early-mid ripening group. The variety possesses genetic resistance to oidium, which allows for a reduction in the use of phytosanitary treatments. At the age of five years, the vine height reaches approximately 200 cm with high canopy density.
